PRETTY HOUSES

It's raining here in Northern Ontario.  Pah!  Oh well, might as well roll with it.  So, today I jumped in my jalopy and took a little tour around town to take some pics of pretty houses.  I thought that you might enjoy them, so here you go.....
I love this sweet little bungalow... looks so fabulous in the summer too.  Note the interesting angle of the porch roof.  The flower bed in front has the same lines.  Of course you cannot see it with all the snow, but it's there!

Here is my little dream home.  My most favorite of all.  An adorable dwelling made of stone.  It has an interesting salmon colored addition.  Not a color I would have chosen, but it somehow works with the stone.  And that picket fence....oooooohhh... I love it.  This place just sings.

This tiny place is situated on the most beautiful lot.  The owners have landscaped the surrounding area to the nth degree!  A creek runs through it in back, there is a fabulous view of the lake and the gardens are just breathtaking.  The owner was kind enough to let me get this shot as I sat in my truck pointing the camara at her home like some sort of weirdo. (which I am!)

This last picture is not a house but rather a "hideaway" as the owner calls it.  "Harry's Hideaway" actually.  So cute, I just had to include it.  It doesn't hurt that it is located on our beautiful lake!

So there you have it... a mini tour of some pretty houses.  Wouldn't you know they would be bungalows?  I love little houses.  Always have.  I would have taken more shots of other homes, but my brake fluid was alarmingly low on the truck.  So, home I went at a snail's pace.
